Clear-View Flow Switch For Hot Tubs

This flow switch replacement serves as a direct OEM-equivalent part for select Sundance Spas, Jacuzzi hot tubs, and Sweetwater Spas built between 2005 and 2020 — excluding the 800 series. Its construction combines high-impact surgical plastic housing with brass conductors sealed inside insulating rubber cable, offering superior thermal and chemical resilience. It includes two 0.85 inch hose ports and a dedicated 0.4 inch freeze line connection, all paired with ergonomic curled finger cable connectors for fast, secure electrical attachment. A transparent viewing window supports on-the-spot debris checks, and embossed directional arrows guide correct rotational alignment during mounting. When installed, the unit communicates flow status to the spa’s control system, triggering recognised fault indicators such as FLO, FLO2, or intermittent FLO flashes. The internal orifice is precisely molded at 3/32 inch; models produced before February 2008 with two or three pumps may need minor manual drilling to match this specification.
