A robust, dual-function deburring and chamfering tool engineered specifically for thermoplastic piping systems. Built with a CNC-machined anodized high-speed steel body and stainless steel shaft, it resists corrosion and maintains dimensional stability under repeated mechanical stress. The integrated three-blade system features dual cutting edges capable of cleaning both internal and external pipe surfaces in a single axial pass. Compatible with PVC, CPVC, ABS, PP, and PE pipes — outer diameters 0.92–3.89 in (23.4–98.8 mm), inner diameters 0.75–3.5 in (19.1–88.9 mm). Mounts directly onto any standard drill via its 0.315 in (8 mm) shaft; low-RPM operation ensures minimal heat buildup and clean cuts. Ideal for pre-installation pipe prep in residential, commercial, and agricultural applications.
