Cold Retentive Waterproof Backpack

Dimensions: 30 x 20 x 45 cm. Weight: 1.2 kg. Capacity: 25 litres. Outer material: Durable waterproof polyester with PU coating. Inner lining: Food-grade leak-proof TPE film. High-density thermal insulation layer between outer and inner layers. This cold backpack prioritises functional longevity over aesthetic trends — built with industrial-grade stitching, UV-stabilised fabric, and reinforced stress points at strap anchors and base corners. Its insulation thickness (15 mm) exceeds standard soft coolers by 40%, directly contributing to measurable cold retention gains in independent field testing across southern England and Wales. The TPE interior resists cracking in sub-zero pre-chill scenarios and remains flexible down to -20°C — enabling safe use with frozen gel packs or dry ice substitutes — while the waterproof shell retains integrity after repeated exposure to saltwater, chlorine, or muddy terrain. Cleaning requires no detergents: surface dirt rinses off; interior wipes clean in under 60 seconds. It serves diverse user groups: festival-goers managing weekend provisions, anglers needing catch preservation before processing, NHS community health workers carrying temperature-sensitive samples, and school trip leaders responsible for pupil lunches — all benefiting from consistent, low-maintenance cold performance aligned with UK regulatory expectations for food safety and equipment durability.
