Cold Storage Rated Stainless Hinges

These hinges are purpose-built for cold chain infrastructure and heavy-duty mobile applications. Constructed entirely from rust-inhibiting stainless steel, they withstand prolonged exposure to condensation, de-icing agents, and freeze-thaw cycles without degradation. Dimensions: 120 mm long × 75 mm wide × 3 mm thick; unit weight approx. 280 g. The front face has a bright mirror polish that deters dust and facilitates visual inspection, while the textured rear enhances grip during manual or power-tool installation. Mounting is supported via pre-drilled holes (compatible with M6 or M8 fasteners, not included) or direct welding — offering adaptability for service technicians maintaining refrigerated fleets and engineers constructing permanent cold storage units. Proven in use on refrigerated van doors, insulated container entries, walk-in chiller access panels, and rugged outdoor cabinets where reliability directly impacts uptime and compliance.
