Comfort-Oriented Clarinet Thumb Rest Set

Thumb rest: 27 × 16 × 20 mm (1.1 × 0.6 × 0.8 in); rubber protector: 20 mm Ø × 15 mm thick (0.8 × 0.5 in). Built with robust metal frame and soft-touch rubber overlay. Designed for clarinet thumb rests 14.5–17.5 mm in diameter. Package contains 1 thumb rest, 1 rubber cushion, and 2 screws — nothing extra, nothing missing. Every dimension reflects functional priorities: the 20 mm cushion diameter aligns precisely with average thumb pad width; the 15 mm thickness provides optimal compression depth without over-dampening tactile response; the metal base’s low profile avoids interference with adjacent keys or palm position. Used successfully by conservatoire students, amateur orchestral players, and woodwind doubling professionals — valued for its quiet reliability, ease of maintenance, and immediate comfort improvement over stock metal rests.
