Compact Metal Knife Angle Setter

Measured size: ~8.5 × 5.2 × 2.3 cm (±1–3 cm manufacturing tolerance). Entirely metal-built for durability and dimensional fidelity. Sold as a single tool — no batteries, instructions, or consumables included. The KS-123 serves as a physical constraint device that defines the maximum allowable deviation from target angle during sharpening strokes — not an automated system, but a calibrated reference standard. Its design prioritises repeatability over speed, supporting deliberate, controlled sharpening aligned with traditional Japanese and European craftsmanship principles. Frequently chosen by knife collectors restoring vintage blades, artisanal butchers maintaining custom cleavers, and health-conscious cooks avoiding chemical-laden pre-sharpened alternatives — all valuing transparency, control, and traceable results over convenience-driven compromises.
