Compact Tone Control Preamp for Amplifiers

The XR-A901 is a compact tone control preamp board measuring approximately 65 × 45 × 15 mm and weighing around 35 g. It features three independent rotary potentiometers for precise adjustment of bass, treble, and volume. Constructed with standard through-hole PCB layout and compatible with common amplifier boards (e.g., TDA2030, LM386, PAM8403), it supports both line-level input from turntables (with appropriate RIAA preamp stage upstream) and output to power amplifiers. Designed for integration into DIY audio projects, it delivers consistent analog signal conditioning without built-in gain staging or digital processing. Ideal for home theatre upgrades, studio monitoring chains, and live sound fine-tuning where manual tonal shaping is required.
