COOLPIX S620 Keypad Flex Cable

OEM-matched flex cable for restoring keyboard input on Nikon COOLPIX S620 cameras. Features 12-position gold-plated contact array, 45mm active length, and 0.15mm total thickness. Made from high-purity copper conductors laminated between dual layers of polyimide film — providing low-resistance signal paths and resistance to environmental oxidation. Yellow colour aids alignment during installation and matches original factory coding. Intended for repair of symptoms including non-functional shutter button, unresponsive zoom rocker, or frozen navigation pad — all commonly linked to flex cable degradation in S620 units aged 8+ years. Requires removal of front case and gentle release of ZIF connector latch using plastic pry tool. No firmware update or calibration needed post-installation. Each unit is individually tested for continuity and insulation resistance prior to packaging. May show minor variation in ink marking or edge trimming between manufacturing runs — confirmed not to influence electrical performance or mechanical fit.
