Copper RM Series Thermo Element

This copper-based thermo element is a certified replacement for Dometic RM-series absorption refrigerators. Measuring 250 mm in total length and weighing 35 g, it features a precision M5-threaded copper tip and insulated copper lead wire suitable for continuous exposure to pilot flame heat. It functions by thermoelectric conversion: heating the junction creates a small DC voltage (15–30 mV) that powers the gas valve’s hold coil. Without sufficient voltage, the valve shuts — so performance directly affects fridge uptime on gas. Compatible with all Dometic RM models including RM2350, RM2453, RM2553, RM3805, RM4253, RM5403, RM6403, RM7403 and RM8403. Supplied as one unit per pack, with no additional hardware required.
