Corrosion-Resistant Brass Misting Kit

This high-pressure misting system is supplied in configurable lengths from 20FT to 60FT, with all components pre-assembled for immediate deployment. The kit includes corrosion-resistant brass nozzles, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tubing, stainless steel mounting hardware, and a high-flow brass filter. Total weight ranges from approx. 1.8 kg (20FT) to 4.5 kg (60FT). Designed for outdoor use only, it operates using standard municipal water pressure (no pump required) and produces a consistent, ultra-fine mist droplet size of ~10–15 microns. The brass nozzles are precision-machined to ensure uniform mist distribution across the entire length, enabling rapid evaporative cooling — typically reducing local ambient temperature by 15–25°F (8–14°C) under optimal conditions. Each nozzle delivers low-volume, high-velocity mist without overspray or wetting, making it suitable for covered patios, open decks, greenhouse perimeters, and commercial dining areas. Ideal for UK summer conditions where humidity fluctuates, the system performs best in dry-to-moderate humidity (below 70% RH). It requires no electricity, has zero running costs beyond water usage, and is compatible with standard 3/4-inch garden hose connections. Installation takes under 30 minutes using included brackets, zip ties, and adjustable clamps.
