Corrosion Resistant External Snap Ring Kit

A comprehensive 120-piece external circlip kit made entirely from 304 stainless steel, with individual sizes ranging from 1.5 mm to 10 mm internal diameter. All circlips are cold-formed and stress-relieved to ensure consistent elasticity and seating force across the full size range. Designed exclusively for external shaft mounting, they provide mechanical retention for rotating components including bearings, gears, timing pulleys, and sprockets. The use of 304 stainless steel ensures passive oxide layer formation upon exposure to oxygen and moisture — delivering proven resistance to atmospheric corrosion, chloride-induced pitting, and humidity-driven degradation. This makes the kit ideal for applications where incidental water contact, condensation, or ambient moisture is unavoidable — such as outdoor conveyor systems, agricultural machinery, pool pump housings, and humid factory floors. No compromises are made on dimensional accuracy: each size meets ISO 8752 and DIN 471 tolerances for external retaining rings, ensuring compatibility with standard shaft grooves and predictable installation behaviour using standard circlip pliers.
