Corrosion Resistant Nylon Lock Nut Set

A purpose-built set of nylon insert lock nuts manufactured from 304 stainless steel for enhanced durability and environmental resilience. The nylon collar is precisely located at the top of the internal thread to engage the bolt’s first few threads and generate axial friction upon tightening. This design prevents spontaneous loosening due to vibration, shock loading, or thermal expansion differences between joined materials. Supplied across nine widely used metric sizes (M2–M12), with higher counts for smaller diameters reflecting typical usage patterns in electronics, appliances, and precision assemblies. Suitable for permanent or semi-permanent installations where reliability cannot be compromised.
