Corrosion-Resistant Sync Cap

This PC sync terminal cap is made from high-purity anodised aluminium alloy, measuring 1.2 cm in diameter and weighing only 3.5 g. The anodising process forms a dense, non-conductive oxide layer that dramatically improves resistance to salt spray, humidity, and everyday handling abrasion—ensuring reliable performance over years of active use. It is engineered for seamless compatibility with Fujifilm’s PC sync-equipped bodies: X-H1, X-H2, X-H2S, H2, H2S, T4, T5, GFX50, GFX50R, XT4, and XT5. Functionally, it acts as a passive shield—sealing the port against environmental contaminants and physical impact that threaten electrical continuity and mechanical integrity. Mounting uses a tactile, spring-loaded push-fit engagement that delivers audible and haptic feedback upon correct seating—no visual indicators or trial-and-error required. Photographers working across diverse climates—from UK coastal fog to continental summer heat—rely on this cap to maintain trigger readiness without added complexity or maintenance burden.
