CP2112 USB SMBus I2C Interface Module

High-integration USB-to-SMBus/I²C interface module using the CP2112 bridge controller. Physical construction combines plastic and metal for durability and signal integrity. Power options include USB bus power (4.0–5.25 V) or self-power (3.0–3.6 V), with I/O voltage flexibility (1.8 V minimum). Engineered for reliability in harsh conditions: operational temperature range −40°C to +85°C, supported by internal reset circuit and stable 3.45 V regulator. Fully USB 2.0 Full-Speed compliant (12 Mbps) with SUSPEND pin support. Stores custom device metadata in 194-byte one-time programmable ROM. SMBus subsystem includes 512-byte buffer, user-defined 7-bit address and adjustable clock rate. Eight GPIOs support multiple drive modes — input, output, open-drain or push-pull — and can generate clock signals (94 kHz to 48 MHz). Supplied with GUI configurator, cross-platform drivers and HID-to-SMBus library. Designed for portable controllers, USB sensor dongles and embedded data recording systems.
