Key construction features include a high-cycle 20A relay and copper wiring terminals — selected for superior current capacity, reduced resistive loss, and improved thermal stability. Power efficiency is outstanding: just 0.6W consumed with no motor load, dropping to 0.1W in static (fully idle) mode. Input signals are optocoupler-isolated and low-level effective (activated below 2V), ensuring noise-free triggering and protection against ground bounce or ESD events. Directional inputs K1 and K2 respond in 20ms; SW1/SW2 in 50ms. Rated lifetime exceeds 150,000 switching cycles. Control philosophy is intentionally minimalist: K1 = clockwise rotation while active, K2 = counter-clockwise while active. Release either input and the motor de-energises immediately — no hold, no memory, no configuration needed. This makes integration into both manual switch panels and programmable logic straightforward and failure-resistant. Deployed in university engineering labs, retrofit automation kits, wheelchair accessory controls, and off-grid solar pump interfaces — wherever simplicity, isolation assurance, and voltage adaptability outweigh feature bloat.
