DC24V 8-Channel Modbus Relay Module

This 8-channel RS485 relay module is powered by DC 24V and draws only 13mA in standby, scaling linearly to 225mA when all eight relays are energised. It includes eight photoelectrically isolated NPN inputs (low-level active), with input-output linkage configurable as associated (default) or non-associated via serial command. Six operational modes — open, close, jog, self-lock, interlock, and delay — provide granular control logic; delay time is adjustable up to 255 seconds. Modbus RTU communication supports function codes 03, 06, and 16, and allows daisy-chaining up to 64 units on one bus. Baud rate is jumper-selectable between 2400, 4800, 9600 (factory default), and 19200 bps. Each relay is rated for 10A switching across AC and DC loads: 250VAC, 125VAC, 30VDC, 28VDC, and 12VDC. The unit mounts on DIN35 or C45 rails, fits UM72-width panels (72 cm), and accommodates a 136 cm base plate. Constructed from flame-retardant VO-grade ABS, its dimensions are 140 × 88 × 42 mm. Package contains one 8-in/8-out RS485 controller module only.
