Dedicated Fireplace Glass Cleaner

A purpose-built cleaning solution for fireplace and stove glass, comprising a liquid detergent and scraper. The detergent uses sodium lauryl ether sulfate and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether — surfactants selected for their capacity to penetrate and lift carbonised deposits. Designed exclusively for use on cold glass surfaces. The workflow is straightforward: scrape off bulk residue first, apply detergent evenly, wipe gently with a damp sponge, then buff dry with a soft towel. This system reliably tackles tar accumulation and staining from cigarette smoke — two leading causes of obscured visibility and reduced aesthetic appeal in domestic fireplaces across the UK.
