Differential Hall Magnetic Encoder Module

This MT6701-based magnetic encoder module uses differential Hall sensing to detect rotation angle with full 360° absolute coverage. It responds to the radial magnetic field component generated by a rotating surface-mounted magnet. Operating from 3.3 V to 5.0 V and rated for −40°C to +125°C, it delivers stable performance across harsh environments. Key outputs include 14-bit digital angle via I²C or SSI; ABZ incremental signals (configurable resolution: 1–1024 lines); UVW commutation signals (1–16 pole pairs); and dual-mode 12-bit absolute output (analog voltage or PWM). A unique press-detection output activates on axial magnet displacement — supporting integrated push-button interaction. Linearity error stays within ±1.5° over full temperature range, and system latency is just 5 µs, allowing use at rotational speeds up to 55,000 rpm. On-chip EEPROM supports over 1,000 reprogramming cycles. Includes one PCB module, one magnet, and one pin header (colour may vary).
