DIN-Mount Hygrostat 65% RH Switching Point

The MFR012 is a dedicated electromechanical hygrostat for controlling enclosure heating systems. It switches heater circuits on when relative humidity rises above 65%, proactively suppressing dew formation and protecting sensitive electronics from corrosion and short circuits. Its dimensions are 67 × 50 × 38 mm, with a light grey UL94 V-0 plastic casing and IP20 ingress protection. Mounting is via integrated 35 mm DIN rail clip (EN 50022). Operating temperature spans 0–60°C (32–140°F); storage range is −20–80°C (−4–176°F). Terminal block accepts 3-pole connection: rigid wire ≤2.5 mm² or stranded wire ≤1.5 mm² (with ferrule), with max. clamping torque of 0.5 Nm. Contact type is change-over, rated for 100,000 operations. Electrical ratings include min. 20 V AC/DC at 100 mA and max. 250 V AC / 5 A (resistive) or 1 A (inductive), and 20 W DC. Switching hysteresis is 4% RH (±3% tolerance); air velocity tolerance reaches 15 m/s. Complies with EN 55014-1-2, EN 61000-3-2 and EN 61000-3-3 for electromagnetic compatibility.
