Dishwasher-Safe Stainless Appetiser Picks

A 15-unit set of reusable metal skewers constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel — chosen for its compliance with EU food-contact regulations and proven longevity in commercial kitchens. Each piece is 12 cm long, with a straight shaft ending in a precision-ground tip and a softly rounded handle for safe handling. Weight per unit is approx. 12 g. The steel’s natural passive oxide layer prevents rust formation, even after prolonged contact with saltwater brines or vinegar-based dressings. These picks perform reliably with soft cheeses, marinated vegetables, miniature pastries, and layered hors d’oeuvres — holding items firmly without crushing delicate textures. Equally functional behind a home bar or at a pop-up tasting event, they support consistent portioning and neat presentation. Cleaning requires no special care: simply place in the dishwasher’s top rack, and they emerge spotless and ready for reuse — no polishing, drying, or reconditioning needed.
