Each unit contains one integrated 18G stainless steel earring stud and a rigid plastic actuation mechanism. Individually wrapped in ISO-certified sterile barrier packaging with EO sterilisation validation. Weight: 47 g; operating force: 12–15 N (measured at trigger). Designed for one-time application only — no disassembly, no cleaning, no reuse. Material composition: food-grade PP housing, medical-grade stainless steel stud and cradle.
