Double-Track Adjustable Damping Seatpost

Designed for broad compatibility, this seatpost fits five common frame diameters: 27.2 mm, 28.6 mm, 30.4 mm, 30.9 mm and 31.6 mm. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy, it balances stiffness, weight and longevity. Its standout feature is a one-piece, adjustable damping module — combining soft and hard shock absorption modes — validated for use with most commercially available bow saddles. Internally, a multi-layer spring made from reed steel delivers controlled elasticity and high impact tolerance, avoiding sudden brittle failure. The spring’s production benefits from reed steel’s natural hardenability and resistance to overheating and decarburisation, resulting in refined surface finish and extended fatigue life. Saddle angle is adjusted via a dual-nail system operating along dual parallel tracks, enabling repeatable, secure positioning. Comprehensive sealing — using stacked multi-layer rings — keeps out rain, mud and airborne dust while retaining internal lubricant and protecting internal mechanisms from contamination.
