Dry Daikon in strips 30 g

Clearspring Organic Dried Daikon is a very versatile food in the Japanese diet. It is grown, harvested and processed with traditional methods. The fresh Daikon root is washed, julienned and then dried for over six hours. This slow drying process gives Daikon a sweet, mild flavor while retaining most of its nutritional value. Keep soaking for 30 minutes or longer. Squeeze out excess water, cut and add to soups and stews or stir-fry alone or with other vegetables and season to taste with soy sauce. It can also be steeped in hot water to make a tea to cleanse and balance. Store in a cool, dry place. ES-ECO-020-CV
