Dual Pt1000 Sensor 2m Wire

Two Pt1000 RTD sensors, each with 4 mm × 30 mm probe, 2-wire configuration, and 2-metre lead. Conductors: 0.12 mm² AF200 silver-plated copper, insulated with transparent Teflon. Operating range: -60°C to +200°C. No housing or connector — ready for custom termination. The combination of Pt1000 sensitivity, Teflon’s wide thermal stability, and silver plating creates a robust sensing solution for environments where thermal cycling, condensation, or chemical exposure challenge conventional probes. Each probe is individually tested and supplied with nominal resistance values at 0°C and 100°C for quick field verification. Deployed across UK sectors: in paint curing tunnels requiring ±0.5°C uniformity, in anaerobic digesters monitoring mesophilic stages, and in aerospace component test cells where dual-point correlation validates thermal soak profiles.
