Dual ZK-SMC01 Stepper Motor Controller

This package contains two ZK-SMC01 single-axis stepper motor controller modules, each supporting DC 5–30V power input and common-cathode stepper motors. Each unit measures compactly with a plastic housing, operates reliably in environments from -5°C to +60°C (non-condensing), and includes reverse polarity protection on the power input. Core parameters include programmable speed control from 0.1 to 999 revolutions per minute, forward/reverse pulse counts adjustable from 1 to 9999, cycle count up to 9999, and delay times configurable in 0.1-second increments from 0.0 to 999.9 seconds. The system supports up to 128 motion segments and retains all settings—including distance, speed, delay, and cycle count—after power-off. Operation modes include automatic, manual, parameter setting, and TTL serial port control. An integrated LCD display enables local monitoring and adjustment, while TTL-level serial communication allows integration with PLCs or microcontrollers. Designed for general industrial automation use only—not certified for medical, fire safety, or life-critical applications.
