Durable CNC Single Speed Tensioner

Built for longevity and precision, this chain tensioner is milled from a single billet of 6061 aluminum alloy using industrial CNC equipment. Its dimensions—approximately 5.5 × 12 cm—balance compactness with functional rigidity. The red anodised exterior adds resilience against moisture and road grime, while the internal floating pulley runs on a sealed bearing for frictionless motion. A progressive-rate spring ensures responsive yet controlled tensioning behaviour, adapting seamlessly to chain stretch and frame flex. Compatible with standard 11-tooth guide wheels and validated for 13-tooth use, it serves MTB, road, and folding single-speed bicycles equally well. Simple installation, zero maintenance, and consistent performance define its daily-use value.
