Durable Pick And Brake Roller Kit

This replacement kit includes one pick-up roller and one brake roller, designed specifically for Fujitsu ScanSnap iX500, iX1400, iX1500, and iX1600 scanners. The rollers are constructed from a combination of plastic and metal components to ensure structural integrity and long-term mechanical reliability. Dimensions and weight are consistent with original OEM specifications for precise fit and function. The kit supports consistent paper feeding performance by restoring optimal grip and separation control—critical for multi-page, mixed-thickness, or slightly curled documents. It is intended for routine maintenance to counteract wear-induced feeding issues such as misfeeds, double-feeds, or jams. Installation requires no tools and follows the scanner’s native service procedure: open the ADF cover, remove the old rollers, and snap the new set into place.
