Durable Touchpad Flex Cable A2338

This touchpad flex cable is designed specifically for the 2021 13-inch MacBook Pro (model A2338), with part number 821-02853-A. It measures approximately the original OEM length and width (tolerance ±1–3 cm), weighs minimal grams as typical for ultra-thin flex cables, and features a black plastic housing with precision-mounted conductive traces. The cable is constructed using robust flexible printed circuit (FPC) materials to withstand repeated bending during installation and long-term use. It enables full trackpad functionality including multi-touch gesture support, button responsiveness, and haptic feedback compatibility — assuming the host logic board and trackpad assembly are undamaged. Ideal for certified technicians or experienced DIY repairers replacing a torn, frayed or disconnected cable after accidental damage, liquid exposure, or hinge-related wear.
