Dustproof Rubber Aviation Cap Set

This offering includes individual rubber caps calibrated for GX12, GX16 and GX20 circular aviation connectors. Each unit is manufactured from a single-piece rubber moulding, weighing 4–8g, and features a seamless exterior with no weld lines or parting marks. The internal geometry accommodates standard connector flange diameters and depth, while the gasket zone enhances static retention. Installation and removal are fully manual — no tools, clips or adhesives needed. Widely applied in certified avionics refurbishment, military comms upgrades and renewable energy monitoring systems where connector longevity directly impacts system uptime.
