Place the protective disc in the black safety leash of the ear candle. Put the candle in the ear vertically and light it. When the candle burns all the way to the safety line, remove it and soak it in water to extinguish. Then clean the ears with a damp cotton swab.Do not pull out the tips before use.Each ear candle burns for about 10 minutes.
