Elastic Rubber Scroll Wheel Ring

Precision-engineered elastic rubber ring for band saw scroll wheels, available in 8-inch to 14-inch versions. Each size fits exact wheel diameters: 205 mm (8"), 230 mm (9"), 250 mm (10"), 315/317 mm (12"), and 350 mm (14"). Recommended blade lengths range from 1425 mm to 2560 mm accordingly. Made from durable, heat-responsive rubber with consistent elasticity and grip. Lightweight and dimensionally stable under normal workshop temperatures. Designed for direct stretch-fit installation — no adhesive required. The ring enhances blade tracking by providing uniform surface friction and reducing slippage during cutting. Its elasticity allows controlled tension distribution across the wheel circumference, improving alignment consistency and minimising vibration-induced wobble. Installation is simplified by soaking in hot water first — this softens the material for even stretching and secure seating on the wheel rim. Ideal for home woodworkers using 8–14 inch band saws, small-scale cabinetmakers performing routine maintenance or blade changes, and field technicians needing rapid, glue-free wheel refurbishment without downtime or residue cleanup.
