EPP Calf Stretcher Wedge

This calf stretcher wedge is made from lightweight yet durable EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) material, offering excellent resilience and long-term shape retention. It measures approximately 30 cm in length, 15 cm in width, and has a tapered height of 2.5 cm at the front rising to 7.5 cm at the rear — ideal for progressive calf and Achilles stretching. Weighing only 380 g, it is portable and stable under body weight. Designed specifically for controlled ankle dorsiflexion and knee flexion mobilisation, it supports safe, self-guided leg flexibility training without external assistance. The wedge enables gradual stretching of the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles by elevating the heel while maintaining foot contact and alignment. Its non-slip base ensures stability on smooth or carpeted floors during use. Suitable for post-exercise recovery, physiotherapy routines, or daily mobility maintenance. Use it seated or standing: place the wedge under the ball of the foot to stretch calves; invert it to support the knee during prone or supine hamstring and quad mobilisations. Its simple, tool-free design requires no assembly or adjustment — ready to use straight from the package.
