EPP Half Round Foam Roller

This half round foam roller is made from lightweight yet firm EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) material, measuring 12 cm in height and available in four lengths: 30 cm, 45 cm, 60 cm and 90 cm. Its flat base ensures stable positioning for yoga poses, warm-up routines and targeted stretching, while the curved top surface introduces progressive balance challenges during adult stability training. The roller is designed for indoor use on flat, dry and non-slip surfaces — always begin beside a wall or sturdy support for safety. It is portable enough to carry between home, gym or studio sessions. For safe use, place the curved side down only during controlled balance exercises; discontinue use immediately if pain, dizziness or loss of balance occurs, or if the foam develops cracks or permanent deformation.
