Epson Tank Chip Reset Device

Precision-engineered reset device for Epson maintenance tanks with embedded IC chips. Physical size: 55 mm × 32 mm × 18 mm; net weight: 12 g. Housing made of impact-resistant ABS; internal PCB uses ENIG-finished gold contacts for stable data transmission. Requires no batteries or external power — draws minimal current directly from the printer’s maintenance tank interface. Supports full-cycle reset: clears ink counter, resets error flags (e.g., 'Maintenance Required', 'Tank Full'), and re-enables printing without service mode navigation. Works only with Epson models listed in compatibility documentation — no universal 'force-reset' function that risks miscommunication. Used primarily by independent repair shops, managed print service providers, and education ICT departments maintaining large numbers of Epson EcoTank and SureColor devices — especially where OEM tank costs make regular replacement unsustainable.
