Ergonomic Heatproof Slotted Skimmer

Approx. 32 cm long, 6 cm wide head, ~85 g. Seamless silicone head fused directly to FSC-certified wooden handle — no metal fasteners or bonding agents. Withstands 446°F (230°C); compatible with induction, gas, electric, and ceramic hobs. Fully dishwasher safe; hanging hole supports wall or rail mounting. Silicone composition provides optimal flexibility for scooping without bending, yet retains stiffness enough to lift dense items like dumplings or roasted root vegetables. Slots are precision-cut to maximise drainage efficiency while minimising food loss — ideal for blanching, parboiling, or shallow frying. Wood grain orientation and handle contour follow natural hand anatomy, distributing pressure evenly across palm and fingers. This reduces repetitive stress during meal prep, especially beneficial for users with arthritis or limited dexterity. The balanced weight also enhances responsiveness when skimming foam or separating solids from liquids.
