Ergysil Nutergia Solution is an extract food supplement that helps protect cells against oxidative stress. It has relaxing properties to optimize hydration and skin elasticity. It is rich in nettle-based silicon and trace elements. Nettle plays a role in the joint system, has relaxing properties and enhances the remineralization of the body and the structural integrity of the tissues. It is particularly recommended to strengthen the body in case of disorders such as joint stiffness and various muscle problems. It is recommended to consume 20 to 40 ml daily in half a glass of water (75 ml), preferably before meals. A slight cloudy appearance is normal; shake before taking. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
