Ester-C is a unique patented form of Vitamin C that is manufactured in the United States. It is a non-acidic, easily absorbed form of vitamin C, which is best suited for those with high levels of gastric acidity. Vitamin C: -Intervenes in the regeneration of cells and tissues. -It intervenes in the conversion of proline into hydroxyproline and is therefore essential in the maintenance of collagen in the skin, bones and teeth. -It is essential for the activity of leukocytes, immunoglobulins and natural antibodies. -Protects Vitamins A and E against oxidation. -It helps to maintain normal levels of steroid lipids in the blood. -Has antioxidant properties. -Participates in the formation of corticosteroid hormones in the adrenal glands. It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets a day. More than 1,000 mg of Vitamin C can cause mild stomach disorders in sensitive people. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of children.
