EUONYMUS Emerald Gaiety \nCommonly known as Spindle. \nEmerald Gaiety is a small, bushy, compact, evergreen shrub raised in USA. \nBroad, glossy, grey-green leaves with irregular white margins. \nThese may become tinged with pink in cold weather making Emerald Gaiety an extremely attractive plant in the winter garden. \nRarely flowers but occasionally bears clusters of tiny, green flowers in May and June. \nGenerally used as groundcover but if given support Euonyumus Emerald Gaiety can be used as a climber. \nSuperb pot or container plant for the patio or courtyard and excellent as a low growing hedge. \nSpindle is an unfussy plant and it will thrive in full sun or partial shade and in any reasonable garden soil. \nEasy to grow, this very popular shrub will help add charm and variety to any garden. \nRoyal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit (AGM). \nAll pictures used are of mature plants and are for illustration purposes only.
