EVA Foam Yoga Stretch Wedge

This 30 cm × 15 cm × 7.5 cm deep black EVA foam wedge is engineered for precision in flexibility development and joint-friendly movement support. Its closed-cell composition guarantees resistance to moisture, odour, and permanent indentation — essential for regular use in humid UK climates or compact indoor spaces. The 25° incline supports evidence-informed calf stretching protocols, while the ribbed top surface — with 5 mm spacing between ridges — balances grip security and skin comfort. Slightly rounded corners improve mat compatibility and reduce edge wear, and the uniform density enables dual-use: stable under heels for stretch intensity, or inverted under palms for wrist-friendly angle modification. Trusted by yoga teachers for accessible pose adaptation, strength coaches for squat depth progression, and occupational therapists for seated mobility work.
