Even Compression Burger Press

Diameter: 12.5 cm; height: 6.5 cm; weight: ~380 g; max patty weight: 180 g. Made from solid 304 stainless steel with an integrated textured silicone pressing pad. Delivers repeatable, even compression for all patty types — from lean beef and minced pork to flaky fish, crumbled lentils or grated vegetables. The silicone texture grips gently while releasing cleanly, preventing collapse or sticking. Stainless steel body remains rigid under hand pressure and retains dimensional stability over years of use. Use it for grilling, stovetop searing, air-frying or sandwich pressing. Uniform density and thickness mean faster, more predictable heating — less risk of undercooked centres or burnt edges — and better portion control for meal prep or family dinners.
