Extra-Long Handle Stainless Skimmer

This stainless steel skimmer has an overall length of 34 cm, with a 12 cm wide, shallow-bowl scooping head and a total weight of 180 g. Constructed entirely from durable, rust-resistant stainless steel, it maintains structural integrity and finish through daily use and repeated dishwasher cleaning. The generously perforated head features uniform, large-diameter slots for fast, uninterrupted draining — especially effective for hot oil, broth, or pasta water. The smoothly polished surface prevents food adhesion and simplifies post-use rinsing. The extended, ergonomically shaped handle offers natural hand alignment and thermal protection, making it ideal for deep frying, simmering, and delicate tasks like retrieving poached eggs or boiled dumplings without breakage.
