Fast-Paced Burrito Throwing Card Game

Throw Throw Burrito is an officially licensed interactive card game where strategic set collection meets live dodgeball-style action. Includes 80 laminated playing cards (63.5 × 88 mm), two soft-touch fabric burritos (12 cm long, 6 cm wide, ~75 g each), and a bilingual (English/German) rule guide. Cards use high-contrast colours and unambiguous icons for rapid identification; burritos feature double-stitched seams and closed-cell foam cores resistant to compression fatigue. Suitable for ages 7+, 2–6 players, with rounds lasting 15–20 minutes — requires only a table and 1.5 m of clear floor space. Players draw cards secretly and race to form three-of-a-kind combinations. The game shifts dynamically when ‘Burrito Cards’ enter play: all active players must immediately engage in physical response — throwing, ducking, or blocking. Points accumulate for sets but deplete on hits, creating constant tension between cautious strategy and bold aggression. Victory goes to the first player reaching 20 points — though final scores often swing dramatically in the last 60 seconds due to surprise duels or full-table wars. Designed for UK living conditions: compact storage, quiet operation, and materials selected for resilience against central heating dryness, pet hair adherence, and frequent handling by children and adults alike — validated across 12 months of real-home testing in Greater Manchester, Bristol, and Edinburgh.
