Description

Feature: Eco-Friendly Certification: CIQ Origin: Mainland China Type: Colanders & Strainers Model Number: YED-1928391 Product Introduction: Made from white nylon and nylon-blend food-grade material, nylon 66, non-toxic, odorless, with high strength, large elongation, and elasticity. Offers excellent durability and superior wear resistance, ranking first among all fibers. Resistant to high temperatures, decay, oil, corrosion, alkalis, and chemicals, with good electrical insulation properties. Provides good anti-vibration and sound absorption, along with inherent flame retardancy. The fine transparent nylon fabric is widely used in aquaculture, flour processing, screen printing, pharmaceuticals, chemical industries, dyeing, monosodium glutamate production, fisheries, and food processing as a filtering sieve. Mesh refers to the number of openings per square inch. For example, 50 mesh means 50 openings by 50 openings per square inch, and 500 mesh means 500 by 500 openings per square inch. The higher the mesh number, the more openings and the finer the filtration. Mesh count also corresponds to particle size retention—the higher the number, the smaller the particles retained. How to Choose Filtering Cloth: - Filtering soybean milk: typically uses 100–150 mesh/in - Filtering wine and tea impurities: typically uses 150–200 mesh/in (first use 100 mesh, then 200 mesh for finer filtration) - Filtering milk or juice: typically uses 200–250 mesh/in - Paint filtration: typically uses 80–200 mesh/in (ground paint: 80–100 mesh/in, surface paint: 150–200 mesh/in) - Filtering drinking water and suspended particulate matter: typically uses 300–400 mesh/in If you are unsure about the specifications, please contact customer service.
