Food Grade PET Fermentation Jar Stackable

This fermentation container is constructed from food-grade PET plastic compliant with European food safety standards, making it appropriate for storing and fermenting acidic, salty, or enzyme-rich foods including pickled onions, fermented garlic paste, kefir grains, and homemade baby purées. It is offered in three clearly differentiated capacities — 5L (S), 7L (M), and 10L (L) — with externally measured dimensions: S ≈ 19.5 × 25.7 cm, M ≈ 21 × 30.7 cm, L ≈ 22 × 35.7 cm — enabling users to select based on available space and batch volume. The fully transparent body supports quick visual audits of fill level, colour development, and sediment formation, aiding consistency across batches. A thickened silicone gasket delivers uniform sealing pressure across the entire lid interface, and the integrated handle is reinforced for repeated load-bearing use. Its PET build offers a compelling balance of durability, lightness, and shatter resistance — ideal for households managing multiple simultaneous ferments — while its geometric consistency allows stable, interlocking stacking for efficient vertical storage in compact UK flats or professional kitchens.
