GSWH2 Brass Flow Sensor

Precision-engineered water flow sensor built for Girard GSWH-2 tankless water heaters. Housing and body made entirely from high-purity, rust-resistant brass. Total length: 63.5 mm. Connection type: 3/4-inch NPT male thread. Weight: 180 g. Functional flow range: 0.45 to 6.0 gallons per minute (GPM). Uses an internal paddle-wheel mechanism generating analog pulse output directly aligned with GSWH-2’s factory flow interpretation—no firmware tweaks, jumper settings, or external controllers needed. Designed for installation in the cold water inlet line. Supports both fixed residential off-grid setups and mobile applications such as RVs and trailers. Compatible with retrofitting older GSWH-2 units to satisfy updated UK and EU campsite water safety and efficiency standards. Component specifications fully traceable to Girard’s Rev. C (2022) official documentation.
