Handmade Ceramic Butter Keeper

This handmade ceramic butter keeper features a glossy finish and consists of two parts: a 160ml top butter cup and a 370ml water-filled base. Dimensions are 10 x 9 cm (top dish) and 10 x 7.7 cm (base), with total height approx. 9 cm when assembled. Made from thick, food-safe ceramic in red colour. The set includes only the ceramic butter dish — no additional accessories. The design uses water to create an airtight seal: softened butter is placed in the inverted top cup, which sits submerged in water within the base. This barrier prevents air exposure, keeping butter soft, spreadable, and fresh at room temperature for days without refrigeration. Ideal for daily breakfast use on toast, waffles, pancakes or bagels. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. For best results, add a pinch of salt or vinegar to the water and refresh it every 2–3 days.
