Hanging Butterfly Nectar Feeder

Exact measurements: butterfly motif width 9 cm; glass reservoir diameter 8 cm, height 9 cm; overall drop length adjustable up to 40 cm (hook to tip). Material composition: decorative iron wireform (not cast iron) with seamless blown glass sphere — smooth interior walls prevent nectar adhesion and biofilm build-up. Engineered for repeatable performance: the reservoir seats into the frame via tapered lip — self-centring and vibration-dampening. Feeding ports are laser-drilled for uniform size and clean edges, reducing nectar leakage and ensuring consistent flow rate. Frame geometry allows full 360° visibility for birds approaching from any angle. Suited to UK planting schemes: complements cottage gardens, walled courtyards and rooftop terraces. Hangs effectively from shepherd’s hooks, fence brackets or tree limbs — minimal hardware needed. Glass clarity supports early detection of contamination, supporting responsible feeding practices advised by RSPB guidelines.
