Payment security

Please do not forget to make your payments on time; otherwise, your credit rating could suffer. Please note that Klarna is an independent payment service and Fruugo has no control over whether your payment will be accepted via Klarna or not. 

Payment issues and declined payments 

Please check with your chosen payment method provider directly if you have experienced an issue or declined payment as they are best placed to help you understand why and resolve the issue. 

Acceptance of your order

Acceptance of your order will only take place once the retailer has dispatched your goods. The processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order does not constitute a legally binding contract. Prior to dispatch of the goods, Fruugo and/or the retailer has the right to decline your order for any reason.
