Find my confirmation email

We send the following emails to the email address you entered at checkout:

  1. Order Thank You email - receipt to acknowledge your order.
  2. Order confirmation email - sent when the retailer(s) that you’ve purchased goods from confirms they are able to fulfill your order.
  3. Order shipped email - sent when the retailer(s) that you’ve purchased goods from dispatches your items.
  4. Shipping update email - sent for tracked orders, giving you an update of the status of your shipment. 


We have checks in place during checkout to reduce the likelihood of accidentally entering an invalid or incorrect email address, but if you haven’t received the first email, this may have occurred. 


First, you can:

  • Check your spam or junk folder in your emails.
  • If you’re using Gmail, check your Social and Promotions tabs.
  • Add no-reply@fruugo.com to your address book or safe list to prevent re-occurence.
