High Permeability Speaker Grill Foam

This black acoustic grill mesh is made from open-cell sponge with fully interconnected pores, delivering outstanding sound absorption, air permeability, and dust filtration efficiency. Offered in two thicknesses (3mm and 5mm) and two densities (40pp and 60pp), sheet dimensions are precisely 2 meters in length with widths of either 1 meter (3mm variants) or 1.5 meters (5mm variants). Manual measurement tolerances apply (±3–10 cm). The material retains elasticity and filtration performance after repeated washing, shows low airflow resistance, and exhibits good chemical resistance — suitable for speaker grills, stage audio systems, air/oil filters, and ceramic foam filter substrates.
